Excerpts from the 6:59 a.m., Wed, Mar 9, 2016 Area Forecast Discussion, issued by the Cleveland National Weather Service:
widespread rain will move across the local area beginning across the west this evening. axis of heaviest rainfall appears to line up across our area and am expecting between and inch and an inch and a half through thursday afternoon. this alone should not cause too much more than some minor rises on area creeks and streams ... and soggy yards.
