sleet, freezing rain and rain Tuesday evening...and eventually
to rain and drizzle. - TIMING...Through 2 am Wednesday.
- IMPACTS...Heavy snow and strong winds will create very hazardous
traveling conditions. Blowing and drifting snow will cause near
whiteout conditions at times. Strong winds and wet snow will
also result in power outages. - WINDS...East 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
- VISIBILITIES...One quarter mile or less at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are

conditions...making travel extremely dangerous. Do not travel. If
you must travel...have a winter survival kit with you. If you get
stranded...stay with your vehicle.
