Rossford Island View Park in the fall
Hidden jewel along the Maumee River
RIVP is located on (Rt. 65) Dixie Highway just past Lime City Rd. on the right hand side of the highway at the top of the hill near the edge of Rossford city limits on the way to Perrysburg. It's easy to overlook the entrance. A small, low-profile sign and a gravel parking lot are the clues.
The photo at the top of this page was taken while standing on the exercise trail at Rossford Island View Park and looking at Eagle Point, which is also located in Rossford. Water in the foreground is Grassy Creek entering the Maumee River.
