Create archive pages for each hour to preserve snapshots. Create titles, such as:
- /summary-16jul2016-1600
- /feed-16jul2016-1600
- /timeline-16jul2016-1600
- /falsehoods-and-rumors-16jul2016-1600
It means info collected during the 4 p.m. hour. The summary, feed, etc. pages would be last updated at 4:59 p.m. at the latest.
The Archives page could contain all four links for each of the previous hours on one page, where the hour name would be a header.
Or the Archives page could contain a link (the hour name) to each hour's own page that would contain the four links. The former would be easier until it became so large that it would be better to create individual pages for each hour.
Create a special archive page that would contain links to all the hourly live blog pages. Each live blog page link for the hour would still appear in one of the above Archives pages format, but a list of live blog links should also be its own page. The link to this archive would be included at the top of each hour's live blog feed.
